This short course provides a general overview of data analysis and basic statistical process control techniques. Particular emphasis will be placed on how data can be modeled and used for process improvement. Control charts for variables and attributes will be demonstrated as well as basic process capability.

Instructor Dr. Stephen Raper is an Associate Professor of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering. His research interests include Operations Management, Statistical Process Control, Packaging Engineering Systems, Engineering Management Education. He received his Ph.D. from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
