Difficulty in Viewing Instruction Videos

Instruction video provided in this LMS is currently stored on a Google server. However, Google has a maximum number of times a video may be viewed by non-Google account users. Unfortunately, we have encountered issues where some instruction video cannot be viewed unless first logged onto a Google account. If this happens, you will encounter an error message that reads, “Unable to play this video at this time. The number of allowed playbacks has been exceeded. Please try again later.”  We are working to move all instruction video to another location as quickly as possible to eliminate this requirement.

If you have a Google account (or wish to create one), please log into that account first and in a separate window access your course.  All video will play appropriately.

If you do not have a Google account, you may still access other course functionality, i.e. download presentation slides, take review quizzes or complete the final exam and retrieve other certificates for courses already completed.
